Russell A. Foulk, M.D.
Dr. Foulk is the founder of the Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine. He is board certified in obstetrics & gynecology and in the subspecialty of reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

Cristin C. Slater, M.D.
Dr. Slater joined in 2002 and is the current medical director of the Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine. She is board certified in obstetrics & gynecology and in the subspecialty of reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

Kara K. Hill, RNC, MSN
Kara is a Nurse Practitioner and coordinates the Embryo Donor program. She has been with us since November 2000. Kara graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and continued her education at Vanderbilt University, earning a Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2000. She is responsible for coordinating patient care, performing ultrasounds and intrauterine inseminations. She is a member of ASRM, Sigma Theta Tau, A WHONN and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health.
Linda Alexander, RN, MS, CNM
Linda joined us from Salt Lake City in December 2007 and is the coordinator of our Oocyte Donor Program. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing from Widener University in Pennsylvania. She earned her master’s degree from the University of California, San Francisco in 1987 as a women’s health nurse practitioner. Linda went on to earn her nurse midwifery degree in 1996 from the national CNEP program. With a 27 year background in women’s health, delivering babies and participating in fertility care, she is working with the ICRM team fulltime. She is responsible for the Oocyte Donor Program, women’s preventative health exams, FDA exams, ultrasounds, IUIs and coordination of donor/recipient cycles.
Natalie Levin, BSN, RN
Natalie is our Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) Coordinator. She graduated from Idaho State University in 2003 with a bachelor of science in nursing. Before joining the ICRM staff in June 2005, she was employed by Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in the coronary care unit. She has been trained in reproductive ultrasonography. Natalie prepares patients for receiving cryopreserved embryos, performs ultrasounds and inseminations, assists with new patients, performs shot instruction class and assists the physicians in daily patient care, as well as IVF-related procedures. Natalie is also fluent in Spanish and enjoys translating and educating patients.
Janna True, MT (ASCP)
Janna is our IVF Coordinator, Gestational Carrier Coordinator and Clinical Staffing Manager. She graduated from Boise State University in 1979 with a degree in medical technology. She worked in a regional reference laboratory for 22 years before joining the staff at ICRM in June 2000. She worked in the lab as an andrologist and special chemist before assuming the role of IVF Coordinator in June 2004. As IVF Coordinator she educates new patients about IVF, plans and coordinates stimulation cycles, conducts consultations and injection training. She coordinates all ART cycles involving gestational carriers, as well as assisting with patient care as needed. She is also responsible for coordinating clinical trials as they become available to our office.
Melissa “Missy” Jerome, LPN
Missy is the coordinator for both IVF and non-ART cycles, which include insemination and ovulation induction cycles. Missy graduated from Boise State University in 1999. Before joining ICRM in 2002, she worked at St. Alphonsus RMC rehabilitating patients with brain and spinal cord injuries. Missy assists with new patients, performs blood draws, conducts patient teaching, and assists the physicians with IVF-related procedures.
Kim Trimble, RDMS
Kim is a registered diagnostic medical sonographer, who joined the ICRM team September 2008. She graduated from Boise State University in 1990 with a degree in radiologic technology. Kim then attended a 12 month ultrasound program at University of Colorado Health Science Center. She is ultrasound board certified in OB/Gyn, abdomen and neurosonography and has been performing ultrasounds for 17 years. She is responsible for ultrasonography, medical assisting and patient coordination.

Jennifer Hilton, RN

Jennifer joined the ICRM team as an RN and assists with many tasks such as coordinating ovarian stimulation and intrauterine insemination cycles, assisting the physicians with egg retrieval procedures, and teaching shot classes for patients.



LABORATORY STAFF

Bret Anderson, MS, ELDEmbryologist
Bret has been working in the field of embryology for more than 10 years. Bret has been involved with the Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine since its initial planning. He moved to Boise in 1999 from Los Angeles where he was the laboratory manager of a large program. Bret manages the laboratory, performs all current ART procedures, and oversees maintenance of the patient database, as well as reporting of clinical information to the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology. Bret also ensures that the laboratory is compliant with both CLIA and JCAHO.
Tina Schuermann, MS, MT (ASCP), ELD Embryologist, Lab Manager
Tina attended Idaho State University and received a bachelor of science degree in microbiology in 1987. The following year she earned a second B.S. degree in medical technology after the completion of an internship at St. Alphonsus, in Boise. She then moved to California where she worked as a technologist in the area of solid organ transplantation and blood stem cells for nearly 10 years. As a result of her research on stem cells, Tina was able to earn a master’s degree from California State University. She joined the team at ICRM in 2003, where she performs duties in embryology, andrology and endocrinology.
JoLynn Montgomery, MT (ASCP)
JoLynn graduated from Boise State University in 2003 with a bachelor of science in health science. She went on to complete a biology program at Idaho State University to earn her medical technology certification. Working in the lab at ICRM since late 2004, JoLynn performs andrology and endocrinology testing as well as assisting in the embryology lab. She is responsible for maintaining the patient data base and compiling statistics for the center.
Alice De Payne, BS, MLS (ASCP)
Alice graduated from Boise State University in 2008 with a degree in Microbiology, followed by a degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Idaho State University. She went on to earn her national certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist. She has been working in the ICRM lab since March 2009. Her main lab duties are phlebotomy, andrology and endocrinology. Future goals include working in the embryo lab.



FRONT OFFICE

Carol Lunt, Front Office Manager
Carol has been on the ICRM team since 2002. She makes sure the front office runs smoothly, schedules appointments, enters charges into our computer system and assists patients with insurance billing questions, verifying insurance benefits and sending medical records. Carol oversees all of our surgery scheduling and is the contact for hospitals and surgery centers.
Diane Thomas, Patient Services, Receptionist
Diane is responsible for checking patients out and entering charges into the computer. She assists patients with scheduling appointments and making payment arrangements. Diane has been with us since 2001.
Linda Pate
Linda attended Boise State University, College of Technology, and studied Business and Office Education. During the last 13 years, she has had vast experience in the medical business field, ranging from processing insurance claims to supervising offices to promoting medical clinics as a public relations representative. Linda joined the Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine in 2009, and enjoys welcoming patients at the front desk, as well as assisting patients with phone questions, scheduling appointments, and helping them with their accounts. She thoroughly enjoys experiencing the excitement of ICRM's patients as they pursue their dreams of becoming parents.



ADMINISTRATION

Genie Andrews, Administrator
Genie came to ICRM in 1999 with over 25 years of medical management and financial counseling experience in OB/GYN, family practice, internal medicine and pediatrics. The most enjoyable part of her career has been the last 10+ years working in the reproductive field at ICRM. If you have any questions regarding the financial part of your fertility treatments, Genie will be happy to discuss your options with you. Genie attended Stephens College in Columbia, MO. She is a past member of ACPC’s and IMGMA, a current member of ASRM and ARM and a sustaining member of AJL.
Michelle Kolb, Administrative Assistant
Michelle has been with ICRM since March 1999 and has been lucky enough to see almost every face that has come through our doors! After working in patient services for  5 ½ years, Michelle now works in the billing department. She bills insurance claims, assists patients with their accounts and enters IVF cycle charges. Michelle is also a certified procedural coder. She enjoys her job and loves to learn new things!
